SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dally Top 100. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free international shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates after processing:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada, Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Central & South America: 15–30 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Dally Top 100 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

LOST / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Dally Top 100 is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged or did not receive your package, please contact our support team at support@dallytop100.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
