I received this item in a very timely manner. No tools needed to install the batteries; it requires 2 AA batteries (not included). I didn’t notice any indication of which direction the batteries needed to be installed so my first attempt was of course backward. Upon correction, the whisk worked beautifully! Nice and powerful and the button slider does not keep the item on, once pressure is released from the slider the device turns off.

Gave this as a gap gift to my son for Christmas cause he loves his fancy coffee and believe it or not he loved it. He uses it faithfully every week and when he’s home these batteries, but it’s actually worth it. Thought it wouldn’t work but it does.

Works like a charm and is just as good as those at a coffee shop.

I’ve used this twice daily since receiving it about a week or two ago and have yet to change batteries. It’s my fav kitchen product these days.
